Good morning, Sheriff. It's just sunrise out here in the west, but everything seems peaceful. Bloomberg TV just explained that the jobless claims have more to do with a surge in filings due to federal deadlines and something about double counting. My guess is the traders will just look at the numbers and do their thing. But what is their thing in the light of higher jobless claims? My guess is we start down and then rally because someone figures out that interest rates may not have to rise quite so fast. Kb
