Zeev Hed, What are your plans with the action that you are seeing...

I know you no longer short, but are you thinking of going long today ??

IMO, 1650ish is where we're headed and at the same time I think the INDU and S&P's will come along for the ride...

<<well in accordance with their charter >>

Lately that turnip charter signals has been buying high and selling low....chasing stocks and losing money....over and over again.......in other words "preserving capital"......LOL.......

Zeev,

Three consecutive down days (S&P 500), today would be the 4th. There have only been two instances of 5 consecutive (S&P) down days in the last year, and one of those was post 9/11.

On a significant down market, today is the day to load up long for at least a significant bounce. Unless you believe this is the particlar moment when a trading range market will fail. Could be, but not my bet.

John
