I guess it was about 20 years ago when I used to listen to Mary O'Hara do that song. The tape also had "Twa Corbies", "Annie Laurie" and such. She sang me through a lot of nights. It is rather poignant at this time to see it brought up. The poem was by Yeats.

Mary went to a convent. Her voice carried incredible heart and soul...
