Obviously you've never skim coated a wall. That IS real work if you are interested in doing it correctly. I've also redone the bathrooms, new plumbing, vanities, and showers. Laid a tile floor in my kitchen. Built a nice deck on the back of my home, installed a brick walkway, repointed my chimney and replaced all the loose clapboards on the house. New cabinets in the kitchen are next on the agenda. As I said, you ought to quit while you are behind so you don't look like such a behind. JLA
