You buy the rights and then exercise on May 1st to buy stock. There is no commission paid on exercising rights so your commission is just on cost of rights. Plus you don't need to come up with the bulk of the money for 25 days. Except if you are a Yank you won't be able to exercise the rights.

Trending lower, it appears BWR is following the declining price of zinc - which may be slowing.
