BTW, did you notice yesterday's botched visit to Israel by a European delegation? Spanish PM Jose Maria Aznar (who currently holds the EU presidency) declined to come along after Sharon vetoed any meeting with Arafat. So, we saw that silly backslapping between Solana, Peres and what's-his-name and.... the whole EU visit wound up with a flop as the Euros realized that US envoy Zinni pulled off what THEY were supposed to land: Zinni was allowed to meet with Arafat today at noon. Again, Kudos for the US diplomacy!! Of course, EU diplomacy pundits have spinned the whole incident as yet another show of European irrelevance... ahem, I say: "Where there's a will there's a way!" Just as Judeofascist Russia is distancing itself from the Arab/Palestinian cause (see my post #13072), Judeofascist Europe is coyly creeping away from the Arab/Muslim world.... Gus
