hi ron, research call from b.c:

"Onshore drillers downgraded by Jefferies -- valuation
In pre-market note, Jefferies downgrades NBR, PTEN and PDS to ACCUMULATE from Buy due to valuation. Believes current share price already discounts a recovery in N. American drilling activity during the 2nd-half of 2002"

bought apr30 puts on PTEN.
