And I'd like to add.... Me, I don't like anybody on this thread....I just come here for the free food and all the chicks..... that said, I will reflect on a moment in time when I was....drum roll please...."a warrior"....so said some swank babe..... when I was spending my time slapping around T-Mex and Big Dog and a few other penny pushers during my initiation to the world of Pump and Dump.... I felt required to "save the world" from these misfits...charlatans....poopy doods... I know I helped rid SI of their flea and tic infested carcasses...and when I look back....except for the humor of some of the posts....I wish I had just let them burn themselves out as they would have over time.... Yesterday, I almost started a crusade again....but, I quit. I have really no business sticking my nose in this mess.....and I truly think, it will end in time. THe ignore button is quite a useful tool. Instead of bitching a blue streak and messing with my blood pressure...I just hit the button. I've locked out over 6 dozen posters since the option was made available...and I rarely take a person off ignore to satisfy my curiosity of the content of their latest rants. I'm getting too old to have to mess with this sorta crap...... So, a simple suggestion in the future...push the button....those that disrupt the thread will get the message in a few days.....loud and clear. One other thing I feel I need to mention.....I was introduced to the Piffers by a person that found good in all people....even though she could bitch with the best of them....and one day I told her that I learned a lot from her style...and that I think it would be good for me to "change" a bit.....I hope she heard me... OMD, All this talk of crazy uncles and ultimatums makes for great light reading..however I disagree with the analogies completely No one was ever issued any ultimatum...if someone wants to views things as such that is their opinion. I personally think it is a diversion to keep the real issue from being dealt with. As for the crazy uncle nonsense..well let's just say that some of us define family differently than others. This isn't family..it's friends...no one is forced to hang with anyone at some family gathering etc etc..complete rubbish..I liken it more to the corner bar where there is always the errant moron in the corner..on occasion we toss the guy out if he can't behave himself. The older I get the more discerning I become about how and who I'm willing to spend my time with...time is short Of course no mention was made of any behavior or slander on the part of this unwanted guest..only the perceived notion that people want some sort of "mess" cleaned up for them I am willing to clean up the mess...all I was hoping is that someone would hold open the trash can lid while I dispose of said garbage. I have taken a rather large Karmic hit over this, but I felt it was something that needed doing so I will deal with the pain. I am not alone adios
