Hypothetical: Bot 1 AMAT 54.06 (where 1 refers to 1 net worth unit [NWU] or 1/100 of my estimated net worth including less liquid assets such as real estate)

The value of disclosing trades in NWUs is that even between individuals of very disparate wealth, the risk parameters are very similar. Hence we have a better understanding of one's confidence level by the scale of the NWUs, without needing to know how many dollars are on the line.

Robert, OT *** trading

I hear what you're saying but it gets complicated real fast. I use a percentage of my total portfolio for trading and occasionally withdraw cash. I prefer just reporting the trade without the relative weighing [although that is important to the trader].
