I bailed him out this morning and his head is spinning. I did take the precaution of wearing gloves when I went in the house, no need for my fingerprints to be showing up. Tom's not a bad guy, lives in a basement and got by one year on $500 even though he had $6,000 to spend. He raises and smokes a little weed. Doesn't sell it and doesn't drive. Ever. The city is screwing with him, it's a game they play. Push until they can confiscate the property, inflate the value, sell it to the state and the state takes the hit and the write off.
