I thought Brazil was a safe haven for folks leaving the US under subpoena for embezzlement, etc., so the comment was tongue-in-cheek; but, with the Brazilian currency and regional international debt status -- well, guess I'm not a gambler on or off the track. Admittedly, gambling is an addiction and addictions have always provided a good source of exceptionally high revenue. Sorry for the offense.
