gee, how come Herb did not mention open market insider buying that hit the tape on march 15th? The last data on shares sold short indicates that 20.1% of shares outstanding is short. My Amiga computer says that the float is only half of the shares outstanding, meaning that roughly 40.2% of the float is short. Clearly, the stock was overvalued last summer when the stock was $25ish. But, sometimes, people just don't know when to cover a short, or when to sell a long. Not covering this short at $10-$11 was idiocy. One may find that CTAC has ample inventory of J&J lenses and that although the legal process grinds slowly, the wins may continue to progress in favor of CTAC and against J&J. In fact, J&J might even be in violation of a federal court decision right now - one that was made in Florida. Perhaps Herb did not hear about that one, maybe he had too many Q-tips stuck in his...uhh...ears.
