This is merger driven price action. All those capital preservation investment institutions are exiting. Short term traders are shorting HWP thinking the arbs might show up and help them. The arbs aren't coming in because the vote is too close. They don't take the word of Proxy battle consultants. Too many have been wrong in the past. So you have sellers and bears on HWP and people getting out of the way on CPQ. Nothing MC can do. He would have to have a quarter in the bag to stop this. Do you think he has a quarter?
