Red Hot and Blue is pretty good, but not everyone's taste, and I only eat there very occasionally. The main dish is pulled pork, Memphis style, but there are other things that are smoked. I think they are sometimes too heavy handed with the cayenne pepper or, in certain dishes, chili powder, but if you embrace hot, or are careful, you can get a good meal. I am trying to envisage exactly which shopping center you are talking about. Is it Cape St. Clair? Bay Hills? Or are you talking about Kent Island, on the Eastern Shore?
