I was thinking about the question Of Newmont ending up with Kinross Paper for ECO paper.

Kinross is a much more liquid stock and IMO they would not have too much trouble unloading it. Especially in an up gold market. The combined market cap of a merged company would be 1 point something billion which may make it more worth looking at for larger funds.

next hurdle is bustin through 306 gold so we can get to that 320 hurdle.
