<<Still I think the ship (The SOX) it is turning but I expect rough seas.>>

I agree with you. I was looking at the charts of the semi-equips tonight. They are all over the place. Some look quite good, while others had a very bad day. Of the 29 stocks in the group, 20 were up and 9 were down. WFR led the list in top place with a 6% gain while in the bottom position was ASYT with a 4% loss. Over all the group was up 1.1 percent.

For the SOX, 13 stocks were up, while 4 were down. LSCC was in the top spot with a 3% gain while MOT was in the bottom spot with a 2.5% loss. Overall the SOX was up 1.2 percent.

Hard to tell what is going to happen tomorrow. The "news" that will drive it one way or the other will probably not be known until tomorrow.

<<As for MOT I hope no one bought any this week!>>

As noted above, MOT was the worst performing stock in the SOX today. The stock finished at its low for the day of 13.90 on high volume. The chart is not looking good at all. For the last 2 days the stock is down 4.5 percent. That is a lot of movement for a "big ship".<gg>
