Shorts have about one week until Israel begins pulling back. Or as soon as they announce they will pull back (before they actually do).

The current pull-back is primarily Middle East related and everyone knows it.

However, the Middle East problems could be prolonged and that will continue to dampen the market. Psychological effect mostly.

Still the general market is in a narrow trading range and I'm not very long on it. Except to catch occasional bottoms on good undervalued stocks. Currently I am just holding long-term, maybe adding a little. A year from now I expect many stocks, especially techs, to be trading significantly higher. But avoid those with crushing debt or lack of leadership in potent niches. Those who can't earn their way out of holes may be laggarts for a long time.
