Well, it looks as though my religious zealot remark pushed your button, Peter. It's unfortunate that you didn't happen upon this forum 2 mos ago after the initial discussion on this topic started. By now we've covered all angles & all still insist that our side is absolutely correct on the issue. I can't take your accusation seriously that I'm the one who is very rigid, since I've been willing to admit that at some point the fetus would develop into an independent human being, while the anti-choice advocates flatly state that it's murder from day one. You might not want to consider yourself a religious zealot, but that's the reality of the situation if you are indeed anti-choice due to religious beliefs. My strongest concern is that the woman's rights be considered & she should not be thought of as a human container. Just relax & remember that God entrusted women with the protection of the human race & they have more than adequately fulfilled their mission to this day.
