I said for the most part and most of the post was about the meteoric rise of stock prices. I do and did as well believe that Clinton policies were responsible for the great bull market of which excess took over, and to that is what is agreed. It is amazing how one take a statement "for the most part" and generalize that into that I believed Clinton policies were not the catalyst of the bull market of the nineties. BTW, the Bush bear market is intact and will remain so for quite some time
