John, I think going into Bosnia was a classic thing for the Clinton Administration to do because:

Do you mean "classic" or "classy". If you meant the former, I assume you mean that the Bosnian thing was a prime example of the ways in which the Clinton administration did foreign policy. If you meant the latter, then you like what they did. I'm not certain.

I assume, however, from the rest of your message, that you meant the latter. If so, do you also feel that about Kosovo.

Also, some of the stuff I've read suggests that the Clinton foreign policy folk were dragged kicking and screaming into the Bosnia bit. So the good they did was against their political judgment.

Perhaps Tek would have something to say about that.
