I don't know the terms of the issue. The interest rate is out of this world for a fairly short maturity. How does a bank make money on a 12.5% cost of funds these days? Does the issuer really have to hedge this - is he going to just buy intel at the market for those who opt to take the stock - or is the stock price based on intel as it trades today?
