LBRT's share price took a plunge in almost flawless synchrony with Kertzman's testimony at MSFT's antitrust trial. Would you be terribly surprised if MSFT had orchestrated that as a sort of a financial head-on-a-pike warning to CEOs who dare to spite the Mad Gorilla? It wouldn't have been difficult for them. They could simply convince any tech funds that happened to own both LBRT and MSFT to sell off their LBRT positions in exchange for some data on MSFT's next earnings announcement. Of course, I'm speculating irresponsibly here, but stranger things have happened, and more egregious abuses of legal constraints have been perpetrated by MSFT's evil warlords.
