Fin and Intel investors, Mike Magee links to an article by Darek Mihocka President and Founder, Emulators Inc., who really tears up AMD pretty bad. He also says he recommended AXP over P4 last October, but predicted P4 would eventually take over: So in other words, while last October I told you to buy an Athlon XP and not waste your money on a Pentium 4, I also hinted that all bets would be off come this year. Some "nice people" responded to his declaration earlier this week that P4 was now king: When I was editing our web site the morning of April 1 to announce the Pentium 4's new status as fastest chip, barely minutes afterward I started receiving emails from confused and angry Athlon supporters who responded in any manner of ways from complete disbelief: "this is an April's Fool's joke, right?" to complete hatred: "Your site is EVIL!
