Yes, Egypt does recognize Israel and signed a peace treat with Israel at Camp David 1.

In return for making peace with Israel the Arab league banned Egypt for ten years.

Jordan also recognizes Israel. However all the other Arab countries do not recognize Israel.

I think that the Hamas position represents much of the Arab worlds beliefs, certainly Saudi Arabia is closely linked with Hamas.
