I rode my bike past Shilshole Bay Marina in Seattle yesterday and for the first time ever noticed a "Moorage Available" sign up -- and I've been trucking past there since 1986. In 1990, my boating friend said the waiting list was about 18 months to get in. The times, they are a-changin'.
