Of course it is possible. Don't tell me about precedent. Roe overturned 200 years of legal precedent. And that was with 2 deserters.

It is desirable to revisit this case because it was a faulty illogical decision, that obviously twisted the Constitution to achieve the desired outcome, and that weakens respect for the Constitution.
