In 3 months, no less - faster than the corollary to Moore's Law that states that performance should double every 18-24 months. Like you said, this isn't the end, either. If 533MHz production products look as good as the overclocked samples on Tom's Hardware, then Intel will be looking mighty fine when they launch next month.
