Can we all define ourselves as being on the right side of the criteria and thus solve all future problems? If so I would like to predefine all my future statements as being on the right side of that criteria.

Sorry Karen, I think you were on the wrong side of the criteria in your now-infamous post about what you find creepy about religion. I took you to task for good reason.

Look, the fact is that we all step out of bounds at times. I certainly did with my NancyBoy thread, which I started as an off-the-wall parody. It offended people, regardless of my personal feelings about gays. My point with regard to your post, which lumped Holy Communion, kneeling at prayer, and zombies, was that despite your intention, it wasn't funny.
