I would hazard to guess that the lawsuits with OPTV and the uncertain economic picture are causing the hurt. That testimony against MSFT will only help the stock if new constraints are placed on MSFT in the iTV market, of course. I say you've got to look down the road and see where this will eventually go, and that is a burgeoning market for LBRT and a bungled opportunity for MSFT. Even if MSFT meets with some success in this industry, there will be plenty of room for LBRT to flourish, both in the US and abroad. good luck, -Lk
