Yes. And it may go deep into the third quarter or even as late as December.

My stance is we will be significantly higher next year before the end of the pre-election year culminating on December 31, 2003 than current levels. These levels are DOW 10,300; SPX 1,125; COMP 1,780, NDX 1,390.
