You are wise to question how it could be that the US can print money on overtime and have it come out on top. It is because the current administration considers any drop in our over-indulgent standard of living to be a war against the US.

So we are borrowing against our kids futures to make sure that we can live the good life now. Get out the SUV and burn some more gas, build a bigger house than you really need.... Put a 30% tariff on steel and lumber imports and then wack foreign currencies. Its a sure way to the poor house.

The mountain of debt is like an overhanging landslide that will come falling down, but maybe tomorrow not today. Gold is still up because its a debt instrument.

M.

Gold stocks ie XAU huge negative reversal after upside gap out of the blocks this morning now at the lowest levels since March 21 - 22.

XAU 67.59 after intraday high of XAU 69.98 and 5 day RSI still not at oversold levels.

Will look for reentry in gold stocks as we approach below double oversold levels.

Best Regards, J.T.
