respect for the rule of law is paramount to a vibrant democratic process. It is undisputable that Clinton lowered the bar in that respct. I do blame Clinton's non-response to many terrorist incidents and Monica missiles for, in large part, making 9/11 happen.... Even if your statement regarding the reagan Administraitonw as true, given the moral high horse and "most ethical Administration" claim of the Perjurer in Chief, that hardly excuses the excesses.....
