Ali, unfortunately the guy who wrote it only cared about that kind of resolution. I might be able to get them to come out with milliseconds. But you are right, it rounds to the next decimal but you have to look at the big picture. Who cares about a few milliseconds? Those are within the margin of error due to background tasks, etc.

p.s. I overclocked with the FSB since the XP is not easy to overclock with the bridge closing trick.
