Which invasion are we talking about- the ones going on now, or Israel taking over in '67?

I'd be pissed but I wouldn't target innocent people and kill them.

Also Israel didn't force the Palestinians in to refugee camps. Some argue that most of the Palestinians left, some argue they where pushed out but even if they were pushed out Israel didn't put them in to the camps. The Arabs set up the camps and make no effort to settle the refugees outside of the camps, unlike what happened in India and Pakistan, or in areas of Germany that where taken over after WWII, where people forced off their land were allowed to start new homes rather then being kept in camps to keep a grievance going.

Andreas,

What would you do if a foreign country invaded your city, destroyed your home and put you into a refugee camp?

That is a very one sided statement.

But lets assume, only for the sake of argument, that you are right. There is always an option which one side of every conflict has done throughout history. Which is, declare defeat. Get on with life.
