I need to articulate my level of concern about the
expectations before us in light of recent events. While
Dimethaid has done a good job so far overall on balance,
it can't be overlooked that there have been issues in
the EU, Canada, and apparently the Carribean.

I have been a long time supporter of its effort. Now that
everyone is assessing the success in the US as being very
high, I find I'm disturbed by the lack of ability to express
fully my concerns.

After a lot of thought these last few days and a lot of
hard work today, I finally managed to find what I was
looking for.

Direct discussions of the issues and probabilities was not
sufficient communication. This is.

They call me Cuban Pete
I'm the king of the rumba beat
When I play the maracas
I go chick-chicky-boom chick-chicky-boom chick-chicky-boom
Yes Sir I'm Cuban Pete
I'm the craze of my lady's feet
When I start to dance everything goes
chick-chicky-boom chick-chicky-boom chick-chicky-boom
see senoritas they sing oh how they swing with this rumbaro
its very nice
so full of spice
and when they dance
they bring happy ring ameracaro
singin' a song all the day long
so if you like the beat take a lesson from Cuban Pete and
I'll teach you to chick-chicky-boom chick-chicky-boom
see senorita I know that you will like to chicky-boom-chick
cause its the dance of latin romance
And Cuban Pete doesn't teach you in a hurry
like Aurther Murray
I come from Havana
and there's always manana so senorita.......

Note: Information such as words does not have emotion
within it. The reader brings that. Fear for instance.

There is little enough time or inclination to learn about
ourselves and the truth is this is an excellent opportunity
because the marbles are on the table in that success or
failure with the FDA will swing this stock wildly depending
on the outcome.

That song from The Mask captures my reaction from these
personal conclusions:

Resolution of the US and my continued interest is almost
certain to occur this calendar year.

Exhaustive research suggests a very high likelihood of any
drug being approved once it reaches this point in the
process. Pennsaid has clearly demonstrated efficacy and
no serious side effects demonstrated over a large, multi-
year study. Failures from this point tended to have one
of those two issues, even so they were the exception.

Timing of next events is unknown but can be framed by weeks
or months. FDA was punctual in the 6 weeks (45 days).
90 days after that (May 15) is almost undoubtedly too early
to use words like 'delay' while 6 months probably is (Aug 15).

Approval and partner will greatly move the shareprice
higher immediately and very likely higher later with US
revenue and market size growth.

Rejection will ravage the stock. Best conservative estimate
(arguable) is 20% or 1 in 5 and under $1.

(See? These summaries have become boring.)

....

Bottom line, I've made up my mind what I'm doing and the
passage of time is not information currently. Walk the
downtrend backwards to see the effect of the placement.
The cash is critical though to retain self reliance even
as DMX gets quite close.

I fully believe that everyone who is aware of and wants
this stock in its current state already owns it.

The price is where it is because it is. What I can promise
is that it won't be $3.50 or $6 in the fall. It'll be
under $1 or over $10.

This will NOT be a boring year in DMX I am certain.
