You have to give some credit to Billy-Sol. Fertilizer has energy and it is worth money. He was close.

He claimed to have info on the Kennedy assassination. He was not that forthcoming or people were reluctant to quote him. Another scam or did his "knowledge" go with the territory and the company he kept?
