... michael ... I think you are mostly correct ... although I believe that personal and corporate debt levels, no fear and a lousy outlook for profits (all in the U.S.) are all tied in ... I also find it interesting that the commercials are getting more bullish on the dollar and bearish on gold, but of course, that could and probably will change

... I just noticed that dvdw thinks we are pals ... little does he know that we have not spoken directly until this instant ...

I think later this year or early next year -- after the dollar has fallen a bit -- a lower dollar will become part of a new US policy.
