Certainly, it is not for Neo to define the acceptable latitude of expression, and I found that whole detour somewhat annoying.
It appears to me that that is precisely what is being attempted and I find it annoying. I do not and will not accept it.

It seemed to me that Neo and Kholt were merely trying to define a line that once crossed would constitute an offense or breach of decency; and not to impose any limits upon line hoppers. In some instances I would advocate for provocation; wherein I would also see the act as a breaking of waves created by others...and likely crossing such a line.
