I don't think it's time to lay down money on any/many long positions yet, but this latest movement in the VIX has me thinking that soon it will be time to be thinking. For the first time in weeks, it seems, the scans and charts that I check daily are just beginning to tip back toward spitting out long plays, rather than the constant parade of short setups I've been looking at.

I'll let DB call the Naz chart, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it bust down through a lot of support. I've probably heard 5 or 6 times on financial TV how it makes no sense to invest in tech anymore.
