Just when the Masters of the Universe may have thought it was safe
to go back in the gold pool, GATA's Reginald H. Howe has filed,
in U.S. District Court in Boston, a motion to amend the judgment of
Judge Reginald Lindsay [case] of Howe vs. [the]BIS et al.

Howe asks for two things:
1) For permission to widen the lawsuit to include...
2) For a judgment from the court as to whether the...

Doug, thanks for your suggestions. I know, and I have told him that as he is a rookie on this thread, he should familiarize himself with the rules of SI postings.

By the way, I didn't bother to reply to his post yesterday.

I did reply earlier to him because that dsm specimen was such a deprecations-spewing mouse and he was pitifully and desperately seeking masochism.
