Huh? The EU has been trying to send representatives to meet with him. Anthony Zinni is still meeting with him and his men. Fortunately, Colin Powell has no plans to do so at this point.

Z, that's not because they love him. They are trying to broker a peace between Israel and Palestine. Right now, Arafat is the only game in town.

The responsible portion of the world recognizes this is a very dangerous war, one that threatens to escalate. Until today, Bush had been mostly silent. I suspect he spoke out due to pressure from the Europeans and other nations. He did not speak out easily and his messages are conflicting.

I sure his administration does not know what to do....one false move and it could be a big time war. Sharon and Arafat threaten not only the stability of their region but the world as a whole.
