I was able to see some beautiful flowering trees, shrubs, and vines (wistera was gorgeous)last week in Georgia and Tennessee...that would be a bit of a drive for you though...<g> Hope your day goes well..

You get the Cherry Blossoms and we get NASCAR. This is Race Weekend at the Texas Speedway where two small highways converge and will try to transport 250,000 cars. One of those highways is the one going by our small town. We are heading the opposite way into Dallas to see "God's Man in Texas", David Rambo's (such an attractive name) play based on the events at the First Baptist Church in Dallas when the Rev. Criswell, who had led the church for 50 years, had problems turning over power to a younger man. It was an interesting story at the time, and should be fun to see fictionalized.
