The one thing I love about XP Sherry is if I break my rule No. 1 and install something that screws up my machine, I just click on System Restore and check yesterday's date and restore the machine back to when I was smart. :)

I'm sorry to hear things haven't worked out repairing your computer. Do you recall what you did and when things went bad? When you try to download something do you get the grey download box asking if you want to save to disk , open, etc. or is this the point where you get the blank page and the box,triangle, etc.?
