The latest edition of the firm's quarterly Canadian Interactive Reid report notes that U.S. broadband access is pegged at just about 21 percent of all at-home users. Cataloging Internet access at any speed, Ipsos-Reid said 63 percent of Canadians have some form of Internet access at home, compared to 55 percent in the U.S. newsbytes.com
