Does our frozen neighbor to the north offer all services in Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Cantonese,....? Who should be neglected? You want gov't services in Spanish? Go to Mexico. Oh, and you won't find gov't services in ENGLISH down there. Except maybe when they think they can take a US$ from you by doing so. And anyone who needs detailed instructions on where they can shove "values- based programs" can PM me.
