I found the debt. Missed a section.
Also I note a relationship to ADLAC. I sthat some of the problem?
How much?

during 2001 significant funding was provided through the
Company's monetization of its shares of stock of AT&T, AT&T
Wireless, Adelphia Communications and Charter Communications and the resulting collateralized

mishedlo, CVC...LOL...All I know is they've been overcharging me for my cable service for years and now they get to do it with my I-net service too.

I went to MSG with my kids last week and it cost me $10 for a cotton candy, $8 for a snow cone, $6 for a box of popcorn and they still can't make any money....

ROFL

They made $ by selling off assets?

IIRC CVC has been doing that for several years now.
