Those kinds of bugs can be easily "explained away" by Dan3.

Remember, AMD does not make mistakes in the AMDroid Matrix. Only Intel can.

That was a known errata, with a simple workaround (use a USB card). I'm running some of these boards in servers 7x24 - they run flawlessly.

If you don't want to allow for workarounds of known bugs, Intel shouldn't be shipping a single one its buggy processors.

If you're concerned about workarounds, buy AMD's Athlon - it needs only 4, while P4 requires 17 workarounds for known bugs.
