How long do hearings normally take? How long after the hearing do people think it will take for the judge's decision to be announced? The Delaware judge was supposed to hear HP's motion to throw out WW's case at 9:30 a.m. today.

Hi all, I predict that WW's case will be thrown out and Carly will prevail. It is impossible for WW's lawyers to prove that Deutsche Bank was coerced to change their vote. Who in their right mind at Deutsche Bank would admit to doing that even if it were true? WW is out of options, time for him to pick up his marbles and head home :-)...
My live in Judge agrees as I stated so ~a week ago ...and it looks like Carlson in the Pittsburgh law firm in article does so too.
I don't know if the Judge will render judgement from the bench or reserve judgement; it depends on the facts. SR
