I believe you will be very pleased with your investment as long as you give it at least a coupla months to see what it can do. My investment philosophy is to neither to diversify nor to put all my eggs in one basket. Rather, its to put all my eggs in a coupla baskets, usually ones which others have little interest in, and watch them baskets like hell! Per the Form NT-10K the company filed with SEC on April 1, the extended due date of the 10K is a week from tomorrow, 4/15. I was advised by Howard last week that it should be out this week. The Russian export limit currently affects Teton. See an excerpt from the "Milestones" section of their web site below: "2001 April 40 km oil pipeline to Samotlor Field completed and testing starts June Pipeline fully operational; transporting 1,000 BOPD July Raised $1.3 million in private placement of equityCompany export quota raised from 35% to 66% of production SEC registration effective Wells #501 & 503 spudded at Eguryak August Wells #501 & 503 completed; #500 spudded September Well #502 & 504 spudded October Daily gross production reaches 2,000 BOPD November Spudded well #600 On-site oil processing facility being constructed; completion expected in Q3 2002. December Teton shares start trading on the OTC Bulletin Board with symbol TTPT Well #502 completed and producing 467 BOPD Daily gross production reaches 2,500 BOPD Gross Annual Production: 420,300 bbls " The company's export quota was raised to 2/3rds of its production in July '01. This has been verbally corroborated by Howard. Notice that this coincided with them getting their pipeline going. I wonder if this was all part of the deal. I believe there is significant possibility that the Russians will decide to take advantage of the problems in the Middle East and use this golden opportunity to take more market share. They can do this by relaxing the export restrictions come May, which is a month before the next OPEC meeting. As long as Russia stays one step ahead of OPEC in increasing production they can beat OPEC at its own game. The real prize comes if OPEC is stupid enough to agree to an oil embargo. If they do that then Russia will surely just let the spiggots open full throttle and grab all that market share immediately. If that happens your baby HHL will benefit quite immensely! Obviously if Teton could export more of its oil it would generate a lot more cash flow.
