data_rox, I'll need to take another look at Arraycomm; last time I looked they were trying to compete with current cellular approaches so I didn't spend much time on them. There are many companies chasing the smart/adaptive antenna array holy grail; until there are wide scale roll outs I don't know if they can be properly assessed, though I'd be interested in reading about this as it definitely will be a part of nextgen broadband wireless. Beamreach, IOSpan are a couple of startup names focused on this area that I've looked at but am still waiting to see how their designs perform in the real world... Cheers. Rob
